Well, this is a homemade, healthy version , and of course so spicy and tasty 🌶
Korean style spicy ramen (Serving 1)
1 in a large frying pan, heat sesame oil, sauté carrots, cabbage, shiitake mushroom, bean sprouts, and bok choy, and set aside
2 in a same pan, boil 1+3/4cups water, add spicy soup mixture; 1TBS Gouchujang (Korean spicy miso paste), 1tsp miso, 1/2tsp cayenne pepper, 1tsp mushroom powder, 1/2 tsp white pepper, 1tsp sesame oil
3 in a ramen bowl, place cooked ramen noodle, pour soup, add sautéed veggies, cilantro, sprinkle grated white sesame, and black pepper
