Easy tasty taco-flavored TVP “beef”
1 boil TVP, rinse well, and squeeze water
2 in a skillet, heat oil, sauté TVP, add 1TBS curry powder (cumin, turmeric, coriander, chili powder), 2TBS ketchup, 1/2TBS soy sauce, 1tsp Worcestershire sauce, sprinkle paprika powder and black pepper
Cheesy cashew sauce
raw cashew (put in a hot water for 10min and drain), blend with half water, half plant milk.Heat until it becomes creamy, add 1TBS nutritional yeast, pinch sea salt
