This is our family’s dinnertime favorite.Before I went vegan, I used to like sole meunière, So I veganised it, and was pretty good, and became my fam’s fave
🍋 Tofu meunière with lemon butter sauce
1 Press firm tofu and drain water
2 sprinkle kelp powder, nutritional yeast, sea salt and pepper, pour plant milk, coat with flour
3 heat olive oil and vegan butter, pan fry the first side until nicely brown, then flip and add white wine and cook the other side
4 make lemon butter sauce;remove tofu meunière from a pan, add vegan butter melt until golden brown add lemon juice, sprinkle parsley
5 serve on the sliced lemon
🥔 Mashed potato
1 peel and cut potato and boil
2 drain excess water add plant milk, vegan butter, vegan mayo, and mash
3 sprinkle sea salt and black pepper
corn cream chowder
1 in a sauce pan, heat vegan butter , sauté corns, sprinkle flour, stir to mix
2 pour plant milk gradually
3 add veggie stock, nutritional yeast, sea salt and pepper, simmer until creamy
