Yes, chili 🌶 ️ so I made my lovely chili plate with local grown corn Was so delicious and satisfying

Ingredients for chili :
Red kidney beans, TVP (cook, and rinse well), a tin of crushed whole tomato, 1tsp cumin, 1/2tsp coriander, pinch cayenne, 1tsp maple syrup, 1.5tsp sea salt, 1TBS canola oil, 1tsp liquid smoke
Simmer until everything is absorbed well

Cheesy cashew sauce :
1/2 cup raw cashew (put in a hot water for 10min and drain), blend with 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup plant milk.
Heat until it becomes creamy, add 1TBS nutritional yeast, pinch sea salt

Served with tortilla chips, rice, and mashed avocado (seasoned with sea salt, lemon juice, cumin, coriander , and pepper)
