Teriyaki Maitake mushroom
1 make ginger teriyaki sauce (soak sliced ginger in maple syrup , tamari or soy sauce, and water, pinch cayenne )
2 coat Maitake mushroom with potato or corn starch, salt and pepper
3 heat oil, pan fry Maitake mushroom until nicely cooked, pour ginger teriyaki sauce, and cook till glazed
4 drizzle vegan mayo, sprinkle shichimi (seven spice)
