I love ramen before vegan and after vegan, too!!
I enjoy making different type of ramen soup. Spicy tahini soup is one of my favorite ️
🥢Spicy tahini soup (serving for 3)
boil 3cups water, add 1TBS mushroom powder, 2TBS tahini, 1TBS miso paste, 1TBS tamari or soy sauce, 1TBS peanut butter, 1tsp chili paste, and, add 1.5cup plant milk, and white pepper
🥢crispy tofu
Cut atsuage or extra firm tofu into small cubes, coat with spice mixture (corn or potato starch, sea salt and pepper, nutritional yeast, chili pepper) and pan fry
Served with veggies, grated white sesame, and chili sesame oil
So delicious so filling
