Spicy miso ramen is so flavorful and perfect for chilly weather
🥢Spicy miso ramen soup (serving 3)
boil 4.5cups water, add 1TBS mushroom powder, 3TBS miso paste, 1TBS chili paste, 1/2TBS peanut butter, 1TBS canola oil, sprinkle sea salt, white pepper, and chili powder
🥢crispy tofu
Cut atsuage or extra firm tofu into small cubes, coat with spice mixture (corn or potato starch, sea salt and pepper, nutritional yeast, chili pepper) and pan fry
Served with veggies, vegan butter and chili oilSo delicious and satisfying
