Spicy Lemongrass Tofu Vermicelli BowlI

used to eat this every time I go to Vietnamese restaurant when I was in Hawaii,
they made me of course vegan, and no onion no garlic too!!
I just miss it so much, so I recreated, and was so yummy and happy

Spicy Lemongrass Tofu
1 in a frying pan, heat canola oil, sauté chili flakes and minced ginger, lemongrass, add atsuage (or firm tofu pressed and drain water)
2 sprinkle coconut sugar, 1TBS liquid amino

Dressing
1 in a small sauce pan, boil 1/2 cup water, add 2TBS coconut sugar, stir until all the sugar has been dissolved, remove from the heat
2 add 3TBS liquid amino, 1TBS white vinegar, 2TBS lemon juice, and whisk together
