🥗 Powder salad Leaf lettuce, steamed asparagus and broccoli, avocado, grape tomato, radish, tempeh sausage, tofu ricotta with soy tahini dressing (tahini, soy milk, soy sauce, pinch cayenne)
tempeh sausage;
1 crumble the tempeh and pan fry
2 pour the sausage mixture (soy sauce, canola oil, paprika powder, oregano, basil, cayenne pepper, maple syrup, smoke liquid, pepper, and water)
tofu ricotta;
1 press firm tofu, and drain water
2 in a bowl, break tofu with hand, pour lemon juice, sprinkle sea salt, and add 1tsp miso paste
3 mix roughly with hand
