I usually prep for the dinner ‘cause I go sunset surfing everyday when I’m in Hawaii.
This Thai curry is easy to make, suitable for prep and so tasty
1 Boil water, add Thai chili, turmeric, cumin, coriander, sugar, white pepper, and salt
2 Add veggies you like or what you have in the fridge (I used cabbage, carrot, potato, asparagus) and tofu, simmer until carrots are cooked
3 Add liquid amino, coconut milk, and peanut butter
4 Sprinkle cilantros and baked chickpeas with salt and chili pepper
Prep 1-3, come home, reheat, take shower, ready to eat
