If you can’t stand the smell and the texture, try this natto fried rice
1 in a wok, heat sesame oil, sauté minced ginger, chopped carrots, shimeji mushroom, bok choy, and atsuage tofu, sprinkle mushroom powder, sea salt and pepper
2 add cooked rice, and one pack of natto, stir to mix
3 drizzle soy sauce, and pinch cayenne
