Here is our weekend family nachos Ingredients;
1 Chili : Red kidney beans, corn, a tin of whole tomato, cumin, coriander, cayenne, maple syrup, salt, canola oil, liquid smokeSimmer until everything is absorbed well
2 Cheesy cashew sauce : raw cashew (put in a hot water for 10min and drain), blend with half water, half plant milk.Heat until it becomes creamy, add 1TBS nutritional yeast, pinch sea salt
3 Sour cream : firm tofu(press and drain water), salt, and lemon juice, blend everything
