My comfort meal 

Tomato and beans stew, and pasta with carbonara sauceIt’s getting colder and colder here, the best way to warm up my heart and body is eating hearty warm stew 🧡🧡

Tomato and cannellini bean stewIngredients you will need are;
1 large carrot, 4 medium size potato, 1/3medium size cabbage, a tin of crashed tomato, a tin of cannellini bean,

Methods
1 chop all the veggies and put everything into a pressure cooker
2 add 2tins of water, 1TBS veggie stock , 2TBS ketchup, 1tsp sea salt, 1tsp white pepper, 2 bay leaves
3 gently mix well with a spatula
4 set timer for 9 minutes
5 drizzle plant milk when you serve

Pasta with Carbonara sauce
1 cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until very al dente, about 2min less than package directions
2 make carbonara sauce (serving 2); In a bowl, 1cup soy or any plant milk, 3TBS vegan Parmesan, 1/2tsp salt, 1tsp Vegg+1/4cup water (stir well with a whisk), black pepperMix everything until smooth
3 drain pasta, back in a pot, pour carbonara sauce, stir with low heat for 2min
