My lovely meal was do filling so nutritious so tasty
Mushroom stroganoff;
1 Sauté mushroom (I used maitake and button mushrooms) with vegan butter
2 Sprinkle 1TBS nutritional yeast, salt and pepper, 1TBS soy sauce, pour 1/4 cup white wine, sauté until wine is evaporated
3 Add 1cup veggie broth
4 Pour 1.5 cups mixture of plant milk and 1TBS potato or corn starch, stir to mix gently
5 Add 1TBS Dijon mustard, green peas, sprinkle paprika powder, pinch cayenne
