Making Sundubu (spicy Korean tofu soup) again
I’m in love with this, every time I watch Korean drama, they eat Sundubu, they just look so delicious
🌶Sundubu
1 in a large soup pot, heat sesame oil, sauté minced ginger, spicy bean paste, quarter sliced carrots, and daikon radish2 add 4cups water to boil add shiitake, shimeji mushrooms, aburaage, and kimchi
2 add 2TBS Gouchujang (Korean spicy miso paste), 1TBS miso, 1TBS soy sauce, 1tsp cayenne pepper, 1TBS mushroom powder, 1/2TBS kelp powder, 1/2tsp white pepper,
3 break tofu with hands, and add to the soup, stir to mix gently to boil
So satisfying
