Lettuce and takuan(Japanese pickled radish) fried rice
Rice I used mixed grains which ate brown and black rice, barley, millet, and amaranth.
1 sauté minced ginger with sesame oil
2 Add lettuce, diced takuan, mushroom powder, vegan oyster sauce, stir with high heat
3 Add white pepper, and cilantro
Loved the crunchy texture of lettuce, takuan, and grains
