Lemon pepper tofu filet inspired by @ellitas_easy_meals , coconut milk mashed potato, and corn cream chowder
Since I saw a delicious post from @ellitas_easy_meals , I decided to make this, and was so satisfying Thank you so much for sharing ️
🍋 Lemon pepper tofu filet
1 Press firm tofu, drain water
2 cut it 1/2 or 1/3 thick
3 splash fresh lemon juice, lightly coat with flour, sea salt, black pepper, white pepper, nutritional yeast, oregano, and basil
4 heat olive oil and vegan butter, and pan fry5 serve with tartar sauce (vegan mayo, minced capers, and dills)
🥥 coconut milk mashed potato
1 peel and cut potato and boil
2 drain water excess water add coconut milk and mash
3 sprinkle sea salt and black pepper
corn cream chowder
1 in a small sauce pan, boil water, turn off heat, Add 1/2 cup raw cashew, leave it for 10 minutes
2 drain water, blend with 1/2 cup corn and 1cup plant milk
3 in a medium sauce pan, boil water, add 1TBS veggie stock, add corn cashew cream
4 season with sea salt and pepper #veganinspiration
