Kimchi fried rice 

Tasty quick meal
1 make tofu scramble press firm tofu and drain water.heat sesame oil in a skillet, break tofu with spatula, sprinkle sea salt, nutritional yeast, Vegg or black salt, and turmeric, and set aside
2 in a same skillet, heat sesame oil, sauté minced ginger, chopped veggies (I used red and green peppers , shiitake mushrooms), and kimchi
3 sprinkle sea salt and white pepper
4 add cooked rice
5 add 1tsp mushroom powder, kimchi liquid
6 back in tofu scramble, stir to mix
7 drizzle some soy sauce from the edge of the skillet, sprinkle white sesame seed
