Kimchi and soy kalbi ramen 

For Korean food lovers, must try this !! This ramen was mind blowing!!

🌶Soy kalbi
1 You will need soy curl or any type of dried soy meat, boil and rinse well, and squeeze the water
2 Marinate with Gouchujang (Korean spicy miso paste), sesame oil, and kimchi
3 In a frying pan, heat sesame oil, sauté marinated soy meat, add beans sprouts
4 Over high heat, sauté until nicely smells burnt, drizzle soy sauce from the edge of the pan, and set aside

🌶Ramen soup(Serving 1)
1 In a pan, heat sesame oil, sauté kimchi, carrots, shiitake, and enoki mushrooms
2 Add 1+3/4cups water l, heat to boil, add 1TBS Gouchujang (Korean spicy miso paste), 1tsp miso, 1/2tsp cayenne pepper, 1tsp mushroom powder, 1/2 tsp white pepper, 1tsp sesame oil
3 In a ramen bowl, place cooked ramen noodle, pour soup, top with sautéed soy kalbi, kimchi and fresh cilantro
