Because I love paprika so much, especially now is the best season, they are so sweet, juicy, and tasty
I love using paprika for pasta, Thai, stuffed (so good right), Chinese, paella, and more!!
Last night I made a Chinese stir fry, which was so delicious!!!
Side was gingery tofu, which was also satisfying!!
🥢Chinese stir fry
1 in a frying pan, heat canola oil, sauté chopped paprikas, zucchinis, long beans
2 add handful cashew nuts, 2tsp brown sugar, 1tsp mushroom powder, 1TBS soy sauce, 1/4 cup water
3 cook until nicely glazed
🥢Gingery tofu
1 press firm tofu and drain water
2 coat with grated ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil, rice flour
3 heat canola oil in a frying pan, and pan fry until surface is golden brown
