We got a local grown bitter melon, and my auntie brought us her last bath of Romano beans, so made tempuras, which were so delicious and everyone was happy

Enjoyed with the made in local super soft tofu, tooI have posted about matcha salt before, but again!! ‘cause this is very much my recommendation Matcha salt goes great with tempura! It’s really good!! The tempura won’t be saggy, and you can enjoy the flavor and the aroma of matcha

Matcha salt
1 roast sea salt, and cool it down completely
2 add matcha powder
The key to make delicious matcha salt is cooling down the roasted salt completely, otherwise the aroma of matcha will be disappeared.
