So wanted to have something warm, comforting, and hearty.
What came to my mind was soup pasta, and was so perfect
Corn cream soup pasta
1 Cook sliced potato, and carrot in a 2cups veggie broth with 1TBS nutritional yeast until carrots are soft, add 1cup corn
2 Pour into blender, blend until smooth
3 Transfer the soup back in the pot with medium heat, add 1cup plant milk, 1cup *cashew cream and season with turmeric, sea salt and pepper
4 serve cooked pasta
*cashew cream
1 in a small sauce pan, boil water, turn off heat, Add 1/2 cup raw cashew, leave it for 10 minutes
2 drain water, blend with 1cup plant milk
