Corn cream stew is the perfect thing to warm you right upI loved the potato skin bacon, it gave more flavor and texture to the stew, and no wasting!!

Corn cream stew
1 Boil carrot, potato, and broccoli with bay leaf, and veggie soup stock, take the broccoli out and set aside
2 Meanwhile make corn cream;Soak raw cashew, drain water, blend with corn and plant milk, blend until it becomes smooth
3 Add corn cream, more plant milk, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper, cooked broccoli, and tofu cottage cheese
🥔 Potato skin bacon
1 Peel the potato skin
2 Marinate with oil, soy sauce, black pepper, paprika powder, smoke liquid
3 Line on the parchment paper, put them in the toaster
🧀 tofu cottage cheese
1 press firm tofu, and drain water
2 in a bowl, break tofu with hand, pour lemon juice, sprinkle sea salt, and add 1tsp miso paste
3 mix roughly with hand
Serve with vegan cheese toast stick
