So easy to veganize what you used to like to eat!!Mapo ramen used to be one of my favorite, and after I went vegan, this still is my favorite, I didn’t need to give up, I veganized it so well !! Here is my yummy Mapo tofu ramen 🥢Mapo tofu1 In a large frying pan, heat sesame oil, cook 1TBS chopped ginger, 2 red chili peppers, 1TBS Doubanjiang(spicy miso paste), 1TBS white miso until they are fragrant, then add 1/2 cup TVP (precook, and rinse well)2 Add 1cup water, 1TBS mushroom powder, once the sauce boiled, add tofu (drained , and microwave for 3 minutes, and cut into small cubes )3 Cook until bringing to simmer.
