My friend sent me special brand black soybeans, so I made a matcha pound cake with sweet black soybeans, thanks to my friend, my family really enjoyed it. 🥰
Soak black soybeans over night, and simmer with sugar and pinch salt until it is soft
1 preset oven 350F
2 in a bowl, whisk 1/4 cup canola oil, 1/3cup maple syrup, and 160cc plant milk
3 in another bowl, mix 2cups flour, 2tsp baking powder, 1tsp matcha powder
4 add flour mixture to 2 using a flour shifter
5 add black soybeans and mix roughly
6 pour the batter into the loaf pan with parchment paper, bang the pan on the counter once or twice to bring up any air bubbles, and smooth a top
7 add some more black soybeans in the top
8 bake for 35 minutes
