Gingery Teriyaki Maitake Bowl 

I love ginger teriyaki sauce
I use it for many things, such as tofu, pasta, vegan burger pate, sautéed veggies, and anything!! easy to make and flavorful

Ginger Teriyaki Maitake mushroom;
1 make ginger teriyaki sauce (soak sliced ginger in maple, soy sauce, and water, pinch cayenne )
2 coat Maitake mushroom with potato or corn starch, salt and pepper
3 heat oil, pan fry Maitake mushroom until nicely cooked, pour ginger teriyaki sauce, and cook till glazed.
Serve with rice, grilled sweet green pepper, avocado, radish, sweet and soy simmered pumpkin, sweet black soybeans.
