Ginger Teriyaki Maitake-mushroom;
1 Make ginger teriyaki sauce (soak sliced ginger in maple, soy sauce, pinch cayenne, and water)
2 Coat maitake with potato starch, salt and pepper
3 Pan fry Maitake until nicely cooked, then pour ginger teriyaki sauce, and cook till glazed.
