Filet-O-Tofu

Before I went vegan, I used to like filet-o-fish, so when I miss it, I make this filet-o-tofu burger
This time was extra veggie special and always satisfying

Filet-O-Tofu
1 press firm tofu and drain water
2 sprinkle kelp powder, sea salt and pepper, coat with flour
3 pour 1TBP plant milk on each side
4 coat with corn meal and nutritional yeast
5 heat olive oil and vegan butter pan fry the first side until crispy, flip and cook the other side

Dill mayo sauce
Vegan mayo, chopped dills, capers, Dijon mustard, white pepper
Mix everything well
