The delicious post from @dimple_cooks always makes me hungry I had turmeric rice with spiced chickpeas, cabbage pakora, and mango coconut Furikake
🥬Cabbage pakora
1 cut cabbage into bite size, shred carrot
2 add chickpea flour, cumin, chili powder, coriander, salt, pepper, gram masala, water, and mix gently
3 in a deep, heavy bottomed sauce pan, heat frying oil over medium high heat
4 use a large tablespoon to drop loose spoonful of the pakora batter into the frying oil.
5 cook the first side until golden and crispy, flip and cook the other side Fried cabbage was amazingly tasty ️
🥥 mango coconut Furikake
Furikake is a Japanese rice seasoning meant to be sprinkled on cocked rice.I made Furikake with shredded coconut, dried mango, ginger powder, sea salt, and chili flakes. It was like dry chutney, and really went great with turmeric rice.
