🌶Indonesian spicy fried rice
1 make tofu scramble Press firm tofu and drain water, heat oil in a skillet, break tofu with hands, sprinkle sea salt, nutritional yeast, Vegg or black salt, and turmeric, and set aside
2 in a same skillet, heat more oil, sauté Thai chili, chopped ginger, cooked and rinsed TVP2 add 1.5TBS coconut sugar, 1.5TBS liquid amino, 1/4 water, and simmer for 5min
3 add cooked rice, tofu scramble, chopped basil (if you have Thai basil, it would be perfect ), cilantro, salt, pepper, chili pepper
🥜 peanut butter tofu satay
1 make peanut butter sauce; 2TBS unsweetened peanut butter, 1TBS liquid amino, 1tsp coconut sugar, 1/4 hot water, whisk together, and set aside
2 cut atsuage or extra firm tofu into small cubes, coat with spice mixture (flour, sea salt and pepper, nutritional yeast, chili pepper) and pan fry
3 drizzle peanut butter sauce
