Hollandaise sauce ;
1 Make cashew sauce soak 1/2 cup raw cashew in hot water for 5 minutes, then rinse, and put in a food processor, add 1cup water, and blend until smooth
2 Put cashew sauce in a pan, simmer on low heat, add 1/2 cup plant milk, 1TBS lemon juice, 1/4tsp mustard powder , 1/4tsp turmeric, 1tsp nutritional yeast, pinch cayenne, salt and white pepper
