1 in a large skillet, place 1cup of uncooked macaroni
2 add 1TBS vegan butter, sliced mushroom, chopped spinach, tempeh sausage, and 1TBS veggie stock powder
3 add 2cups of water, 1cup plant milk, 1cup cashew cream
4 cover the skillet, heat medium high to boil
5 once boiling, open the lid, stir, cook macaroni
6 add salt and pepper
7 transfer to casserole
8 sprinkle bread crumbs and vegan cheese
9 put it in the oven until its surface gets brown
No need to precook the macaroni, open the package and just throw the macaroni to the skillet and cook everything together!
So easy so quick and of course so delicious
