Cream of Avocado, and Filet-O-Tofu

So Creamy and Tasty AVOCADO 🥑

1 cook potato in veggie broth
2 blend 1 with avocado until smooth
3 back in a sauce pan, pour plant milk
4 add nutritional yest, cumin, salt and pepper
5 drizzle cashew cream when served Crispy Yummy

Filet-O-Tofu
1 press firm tofu, drain water
2 dip in batter (flour, corn meal, kelp powder, salt, pepper, and plant milk)
3 coat with crushed corn flakes and deep fry
4 serve with tartar sauce (vegan mayo, chopped capers, dill, salt and pepper )
