Cone sushi lunch

One my favorite foodMy daughter came back from Hawaii.
Me, my mom, and my daughter had so much fun making 30 cone sushi today.
I love the harmony of the taste of vinegary sushi rice and sweet and savory abura-age (deep fried tofu)

The process for making juicy abura-age
1 Starts with splitting the abura-age in half and hollowing out a pocket.
2 Put it I the boiling water to remove any excess oil
3 Simmered in a sweet and savory broth including soy sauce and brown crystal sugar
