Toppings :
sweet and soy simmered shiitake mushroom, tofu scramble, crispy aburaage, pickled red ginger, sliced avocado

Dressing :
1/4 cup cold water, 2TBS soy sauce, 1/4tsp kelp powder, 1/4tsp mushroom powder, 1TBS maple syrup, 4TBS rice or any white vinegar, pinch cayenne , and 1Tsp sesame oil and put in a fridge
