Cold Dandan Ramen

Easy peasy dandan cold soup Serving 3
1 in a bowl, 1TBS doubanjiang(Chinese chili bean sauce), 2TBS tahini, 3TBS soy sauce, mix together, add 2.5cup soy milk, stir to mix, and put in a fridge

Toppings
🌶Spicy miso TVP
1 boil and rinse TVP, squeeze water
2 in a frying pan, heat sesame oil, sauté grated ginger, 1TBS Chinese chili bean sauce, and TVP
3 add 1cup water, add 1TBS miso, simmer for 3 minutes
4 add mixture of starch and water
5 stir to mix
6 sprinkle Sichuan peppercorns
