Chirashi-Sushi

Chirashi-Sushi is one of the popular dishes in Japan, it’s like a sushi bowl.
The word “chirashi” means “scattered,” so this is basically a big bowl of vinegary rice mixed with vegetables and the toppings of your choice.

The ingredients I used last night were:Vinegary rice with sweet and soy simmered shiitake mushroom and abura-age.

Toppings are Smoked carrot-salmon,Marinated konjac-snapper (boiled thin sliced konjac, marinate with sesame oil, soy sauce, and grated white sesame), Sweet and soy sticky tofu-unagi Diced cucumber, sliced radish, and oba-sprouts

So delicious, and lots of flavors
