Paprikas are now in season, so juicy, and tasty ️
Made Chinese stir fry with red, yellow, green paprika, was so delicious
Enjoyed the taste of summer !!
1 boil soy meat, rinse, squeeze water, marinate with grated ginger and 1tsp soy sauce, and 1/2tsp canola oil.
(I like soy curls but here in Japan, I can’t get them, so I used Japanese brand soy meat , which was pretty good)
2 in a frying pan, heat sesame oil, sauté marinated soy meat, and set aside
3 in a same pan, heat canola oil, sauté chopped paprikas, back in soy meat
4 add handful cashew nuts, 2tsp brown sugar, 1TBS mushroom powder, 1TBS soy sauce, 1/4 cup water
5 cook until nicely glazed
