Chickpeas pulao with homemade soy mint yogurt

Ingredients;

1 sauté ginger, cumin seeds, carrots with coconut oil
2 add whole tomato, chickpeas, yellow and green bell peppers
3 sprinkle turmeric, coriander, cumin powder, chili pepper, Garam masala, salt and pepper
4 add cooked basmati rice, edamame and cilantro5 served with soy mint yogurt sauce on side

So flavorful so delicious.
