Chickpea and Brussels sprouts curry

1 heat oil add mustered seed and minced ginger, and sauté
2 add sea salt, pepper, red chili pepper, curry powder (cumin, turmeric, coriander, chili powder)
3 add Brussels sprouts, 1cup water, and simmer 5 minutes
4 add a tin of rinsed chickpeas, simmer another
