I really love her food, and often ask her the recipe, and this is one of what I’ve been wanting to make!!!
I finally got a “Hing” which is Indian spice, and made it with my little arrange.
Oh so delicious and satisfying
1 heat oil (coconut oil and canola oil) in a large skillet, add mustard seed, cumin seed, chili pepper, minced ginger and Hing
2 add chopped cabbage, diced firm tofu, broccoli, green pepper, sprinkle sea salt, and sauté
3 cover the skillet and cook for 5 minutes
4 add chickpea flour spice mix (chickpea flour, turmeric, coriander, cumin, black pepper, and chili pepper flakes)
5 mix and stir well
6 sprinkle chopped fresh cilantro
