Butter Shoyu Daikon steak 

If you found a perfect beautiful daikon radish, I recommend to make a daikon steak, it’s so soft and delicious!!
1 slice the daikon crosswise about 1 inch thick
2 score a crosshatch patterns on one side so the flavor of veggie soup can be absorbed through the daikon
3 place daikon in a pressure cooker, pour in just enough water to cover , and veggie stock
4 set timer for 9 minutes
5 in a frying pan, heat vegan butter, sauté cooked daikon until both sides are nicely brown
6 drizzle soy sauce
7 remove daikon from a pan and place on a plate, add some daikon soup to a pan to make sauce
8 pour sauce on daikon and sprinkle black pepper
