Yesterday was busy day, and my father was hungry couldn’t take time to cook. Yes, why not Stir Fry!!
🌶 Thai stir fry
1 in a large frying pan, heat coconut oil, sauté 2-3 red chilies ( if you have Thai chili, that’s better!!), chopped ginger, zucchini, broccoli, eggplant, green pepper, basil, and atsuage tofu
2 add 1TBS coconut sugar, 1.5TBS liquid amino, 1tsp mushroom powder and 1/4 cup water
3 stir to mix well
🌶 Thai spicy soup
1 in a sauce pan, boil 4cups of water, add
2 red chili peppers, 2tsp veggie stocks, 1tsp coconut sugar, 2TBS lemon juice, sliced ginger, shimeji mushroom, mustard spinach, and vermicelli
3 add 3TBP liquid amino, 1TBS miso mixture (miso paste and chili paste)
4 add grape tomatoes
5 pour 1cup of plant milk (if you want rich taste, I recommend coconut milk )
