4 Heat a wok on high, add canola oil and sesame oil, cook atsuage until it gets brown
5 Add broccoli, and sauce
6 Toss to combine until the sauce just thickens

🥢Green pepper+bamboo shoots
1 Cut atsuage into cubes, marinate with grated ginger, soy sauce, and corn or potato starch
2 Cut green peppers and bamboo shoots into thin strips
3 Heat a wok on high, add canola oil and sesame oil, cook atsuage until it gets brown, and set aside
4 In a same wok, add small canola oil, stir fry green peppers and bamboo shoots, sprinkle salt and pepper
5 back in tofu, sprinkle chili peppers, add mushroom powder, water, coconut sugar, soy sauce, and stir to mix
