Vegan Pad Thai 

When the weather is so hot, lemony spicy food increases appetite
Pad Thai was the perfect and so delicious❣️

Vegan Pad Thai (serving 2)
1 make Pad Thai sauce 3TBS ketchup, 2TBS coconut sugar, 1tsp cayenne, 1TBS lemon juice, 1TBS rice vinegar, 1TSB liquid amino
2 make tofu scramble Press firm tofu and drain water, heat sesame oil in a frying , break tofu with spatula, sprinkle sea salt, nutritional yeast, Vegg or black salt, and turmeric, and set aside
3 make spicy tofuCut atsuage tofu into small cubes, coat with salt and pepper, pinch cayenne, nutritional yeast, and flower, heat canola oil, and pan fry, set aside
4 in a same frying pan, heat canola oil, sauté long beans, broccoli, half of bean sprouts, and basil, sprinkle sea salt and pepper
5 add cooked rice noodle, tofu scramble, and spicy tofu
6 pour Pad Thai sauce, stir to mix quickly
7 sprinkle cilantro and crashed tajin peanut, and squeeze lemon when serving
