Tempura night

I like eating tempura with matcha saltI can enjoy the flavor and the aroma of matcha and keep the crispy texture as well. Which do you prefer salt or broth?

Matcha salt
1 roast sea salt, and cool it down completely
2 add matcha powder

The key to make delicious matcha salt is cooling down the roasted salt completely, otherwise the aroma of matcha will be disappeared.
