As I mentioned before about the difference between Japanese sushi roll and Korean, while Japanese sushi rice is seasoned with vinegar, and dipping with wasabi soy sauce, kimbap is seasoned with sesame oil, and dipping with spicy miso.I love both of them ️
Fillings for today’s kimbap are Sweet and soy spicy simmered TVP, tofu scramble, sweet soy sautéed carrots, cucumber, and pickled radish.Dip with Korean spicy miso paste.
