Mushroom medley stroganoff, Vegan butter spinach rice, Tomato and tofu miso soup
So filling so nutritious and so tasty
Mushroom medley stroganoff;
1 Sauté mushroom (I used shimeji, shiitake, and king oyster mushroom) with vegan butter
2 Sprinkle nutritional yeast, salt and pepper, soy sauce, pour white wine
3 Add cup of veggie broth , and a cup of plant milk, and simmer
4 Sprinkle paprika powder, pinch cayenne
5 Add 1/4 tsp of vegan xanthan gum to make it thicker
